Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Delivery Schedule

We endevour to deliver your order in the shortest time possible. You will understand name engraving & printing takes time. Normally plain pens will be dispatched in 5 working days. Engraved/printed pens will be dispatched in approx 10 -15 working . Delivery estimates are from receipt of copy or artwotrk instructions. Delivery timmings are estimates. In the absence of a delivery time request from our customer we will endevour to meet the above estimate. Failure to do so does not negate the contract between the customer & this company

CORPORATE & PREMIUM ONLY

We endevour deliver your order in the shortest time possible. You will understand name engraving & printing takes time.

Normally plain pens will be dispatched in 5 working days. Pens marked with the "Kwik Print" logo in the premium section will be dispatched in 7 working days. Normally all other engraved/printed pens will be dispatched in 10 -15 working days. Delivery estimates are from receipt or approval artwork - not receipt of your order (if artwork does not accompany order) Delivery timings are estimates. In the absence of a specific delivery time request from our customer we will endevour to meet the above estimate. Failure to do so does not negate the contarct between the customer & this company.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will a be emailed , after the expiry of the delivery estimate above with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not decrypted by us and we do not receive any card information from Paypal.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction; please email us immediately if you experience any problem with any of the items that we supply. Failure to contact us within a resonable amount of time from receipt of your order (3 working days) will result in difficulty in accepting any complaint.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy differs between plain & marked goods.

Plain Any plain pen will be replaced providing that the item is found to be mechaniically unsuitable. Pens will not be replaced on the basis of the barrel color. Where the colour requested has been supplied. Pens will not be accepted for return on the basis of late delivery unless a specific delivery date has been requested and agreed by us.

Engraved & printed pens will only be replaced if the design is found to be incorrectly spelt. Pens will not be accepted for return on the basis of late delivery unless a specific delivery date has been requested and agreed by us. Engraving is not as sharp as print and the two cannot be expected to have the same finish. Any mechanical failure with engraved items will of course be replaced.
